Same Same But Different Festival (SSBD), a wonderful fan-owned music festival, is returning to Lake Perris, CA, from September 25–27, 2026, after a successful sold-out event in 2025. This year’s lineup features headliners Of The Trees, LSDREAM, Tape B, and special guest Gramatik. Many exciting acts will also perform, including Ship Wrek, KLO, Effin, Steller, Kasablanca, Trés Mortimer, WonkyWilla, Yamagucci, and more.

In addition to great music, SSBD will offer wellness workshops. This includes LSDREAM’s ‘Lightcode’, a popular experience that mixes sound, meditation, and healing. Festival-goers can also enjoy a variety of community activities throughout the grounds.

Attendees can explore the “Family Garden” for creative workshops and activities for everyone of all ages, join a community 5K, or enhance your experience with VIP wellness offerings like saunas, cold plunges, and recovery services. “Nakey Island”, a private area only accessible by boat, will return with secluded beaches and open-air dance floors.

Attendees will get the red-carpet treatment

This year’s theme for the “But” stage is “Butwood,” inspired by the Golden Age of Hollywood. This theme creates an interactive experience where attendees can take part in the event. The festival will transform into a film set with red carpet energy, inviting fans to influence the weekend with their ideas.

After a successful sold-out event in 2025 and 33% growth, SSBD focuses on creating a community-friendly atmosphere. The festival pioneered fan ownership, raising over $700,000 from attendees who want to help shape the festival while keeping its independent spirit. With attendance capped at 7,500, SSBD offers an intimate experience, centered on connection, creativity, and shared ownership.
