vivo announces plans to officially launch OriginOS globally

vivo recently confirmed that its upcoming Android 16-based OriginOS 6 will be available globally on vivo and iQOO smartphones. The new OriginOS will replace FuntouchOS, and now the company has revealed its global launch date. The Chinese brand has scheduled the OriginOS Global launch for October 15, where it’s expected to share details on the software’s international rollout and availability. Meanwhile, vivo will introduce OriginOS 6 in China on October 10. It’s still unclear whether the global version of OriginOS will be identical to the China release or feature notable...
