Spanish techno producer Pablo Say continues his hot streak on Truesoul with Repique, a punchy two-tracker that lands just months after his VIP release on Adam Beyer’s label.
Say has become a regular fixture on Truesoul, building on his reputation as a mainstay of the Barcelona techno scene. The producer’s talent for crafting groove-injected cuts initially caught the attention of Adam Beyer, leading to collaborations including ‘Ruta’ with Anna Tur and a contribution to Drumcode A-Sides with ‘What’s That’.

The title track ‘Repique‘ serves up a smoky slice of club heat, built around crisp drums and punchy bass work. Chopped vocal effects weave throughout, adding trippy energy that pushes the track forward without overwhelming the groove.
‘Motherfuckers in the Club‘ takes a different approach, contrasting the title track with an uptempo driving cut. Say laces his trademark punchy grooves with a slick melodic sheen, creating a track that works equally well in peak-time moments and deeper sets.
The release showcases Say’s ability to balance club functionality with studio craftsmanship, delivering tracks that hit immediately but reveal additional layers on repeated listens. Both cuts demonstrate why Truesoul has become a home for the Spanish artist’s output.
Pablo Say’s Repique is available now on Truesoul Records across all digital platforms.
